第1条（収集する情報）Article 1 — Information We Collect

当社は以下の情報を収集します。The Company collects the following information:

• アカウント情報：Account information: メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化）、氏名・表示名Email address, password (hashed), full name and display name
• エキスパートプロフィール：Expert profile: 資格・専門分野・実績・対応地域など、エキスパートとして登録した情報Qualifications, specialties, achievements, service areas, and other information registered as an expert
• サービス利用データ：Service usage data: AIチャット履歴、ナレッジベース登録コンテンツ、CRM記録AI chat history, knowledge base content, CRM records
• AI入力データ：AI input data: エージェントへの入力内容（AI処理のために外部プロバイダーに送信）Input to agents (sent to external providers for AI processing)
• 課金情報：Billing information: プラン・サブスクリプション情報（カード番号は当社のサーバーに保存されず、Stripeが管理）Plan and subscription data (card numbers are never stored on the Company's servers; managed by Stripe)
• 技術情報：Technical information: IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、アクセスログ、エラーログIP address, browser type, access logs, error logs

第2条（情報の利用目的）Article 2 — Purpose of Use

収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します。Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• 本サービスの提供・運営・改善Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• AI代理人機能の動作（ナレッジベースを参照したAI応答生成）Operating AI agent features (generating AI responses referencing the knowledge base)
• エキスパートプロフィールの公開・集客支援Publishing expert profiles and supporting client acquisition
• セキュリティ確保・不正利用防止Ensuring security and preventing unauthorized use
• 課金・サブスクリプション管理Billing and subscription management
• サービスに関する通知・案内Service notifications and announcements
• カスタマーサポートの提供Providing customer support
• 法的義務の履行Fulfilling legal obligations

第3条（AI・外部プロバイダーへのデータ送信）Article 3 — Data Sent to AI & External Providers

本サービスのAI機能はAnthropic、Google、OpenAIなどの外部AIプロバイダーのAPIを使用します。The AI features of the Service use APIs from external providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.

• AIへの入力内容は、応答生成のために外部プロバイダーに送信されます。Input to AI is transmitted to external providers to generate responses.
• 送信されるデータは各プロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。Transmitted data is processed in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.
• AIモデルのトレーニングへの使用は、各プロバイダーとのAPI利用規約に従い、原則として行われません。Input data is generally not used for training AI models, per the API terms of each provider.
• 公開データと非公開データの線引き：Public vs. non-public data: 当社自身は、公開設定にした情報（公開プロフィール・公開記事等）をサービスの品質向上・改善のために参考にする場合があります。一方、非公開のコンテンツ（業務データ・相談内容・書類・ナレッジ・顧客情報等）は、サービス提供に必要な処理を除き、当社または第三者のAIモデルの学習その他の改善目的に一切利用しません。The Company itself may reference information you set to public (e.g. public profiles and articles) to improve the quality and features of the Service. Non-public Content (business data, consultations, documents, knowledge, client information, etc.) is never used to train the Company's or any third party's AI models, nor for other improvement purposes, except as necessary to provide the Service.
• センシティブな個人情報（依頼者名・案件詳細等）をAIへの入力に含める場合は十分ご注意ください。Please exercise caution when including sensitive personal information (such as client names or case details) in AI inputs.

第4条（第三者への情報提供）Article 4 — Disclosure to Third Parties

当社は以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。The Company does not disclose Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• ユーザーの同意がある場合With the User's consent
• 法令に基づく開示要求がある場合When required by law
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（Supabase、Stripe、Cloudflare等）への提供（契約により保護）To service providers necessary for the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.), protected by contract
• AIプロバイダーへのAPI経由送信（第3条参照）To AI providers via API (see Article 3)

第5条（データの保存・セキュリティ）Article 5 — Data Storage & Security

• データは転送中・保存時ともに暗号化されます。Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• インフラはSupabase（PostgreSQL）およびCloudflare上に構築されており、高いセキュリティ基準を維持しています。Infrastructure is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare, maintaining high security standards.
• アクセス制御・監査ログにより不正アクセスを監視します。Access control and audit logs are used to monitor for unauthorized access.
• パスワードは一方向ハッシュ化され、当社も復元できません。Passwords are one-way hashed and cannot be recovered by the Company.

第6条（データの保持期間）Article 6 — Data Retention

• アカウント情報：アカウント有効期間中Account information: retained for the duration of the account
• ナレッジベース・CRMデータ：アカウント削除後30日以内に削除Knowledge base and CRM data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• アクセスログ：最大30日間Access logs: retained for up to 30 days
• 課金履歴：法令に基づく保存義務期間（最大7年）Billing records: retained for the legally required period (up to 7 years)

第7条（ユーザーの権利）Article 7 — User Rights

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。Users have the following rights:

• 保有する個人情報の開示・訂正・削除の請求Request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information
• データのエクスポート（ポータビリティ）Export your data (portability)
• アカウント削除（設定画面またはお問い合わせから）Delete your account (via settings or by contacting us)
• マーケティングメールの受信拒否Opt out of marketing emails

第8条（Cookie・トラッキング）Article 8 — Cookies & Tracking

本サービスはセッション管理・認証維持のためにCookieを使用します。分析目的のサードパーティCookieは使用していません。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にすると、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。The Service uses cookies for session management and authentication. No third-party cookies are used for analytics. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent some features from working.

第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）Article 9 — Changes to This Policy

本ポリシーは法令の変更やサービス内容の改善により変更することがあります。重要な変更は効力発生日の30日前までに通知します。変更後も本サービスを利用し続けることで変更に同意したものとみなします。This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or service improvements. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
